2. Description of Services

Health Point IND facilitates online bookings for diagnostic tests and imaging services (MRI, CT, X ray, Ultrasound, blood tests) through partner healthcare facilities.

3. Registration & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.

4. Booking Process & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Payments are processed securely via third party gateways.
• Fees, discounts, and promotions are as displayed at the time of booking.
• You agree to pay all charges incurred at the prices then in effect.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment may be eligible for a full refund minus any transaction fees.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will incur a cancellation fee as specified at booking.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate medical and personal information.
• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments and follow preparation instructions.
• Comply with the policies and procedures of partner facilities.

7. Health & Safety

• Our role is to facilitate bookings; all medical procedures, results, and interpretations are performed by certified healthcare providers.
• You should consult your physician for diagnosis and treatment decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by Health Point IND or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEALTH POINT IND AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Health Point IND, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party rights.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the update. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
